May and June, 2019

Cool Critters – For all ages, visit with small creatures like lizards, for a hands-on educational experience. Requires pre-registration. Scheduled for Tuesday, May 7, at 6:30 p.m.

Second Wednesday Book Club – For adults, meets every month on the second Wednesday. May 8 and June 12 are the upcoming meetings, at 2:00 p.m. The May title is The Spy and the Traitor and the June title is Lilac Girls. No preregistration required.

Soapmaking – For teens and adults, join us as a presenter from Pine Lane Soaps demonstrates soapmaking from goat’s milk. To be held on Tuesday, May 21, at 6:30 p.m. Requires pre-registration.

The Secret Science of Ice Cream – For kids, ages 5-12, on June 8, Saturday, at 10:30 a.m. Learn about the science behind making ice cream. Each child will be invited to make their own sundae! Requires pre-registration.

Patriotic Wood Star Wreath – For adults, scheduled for Monday, June 10 at 6:30 p.m. We will make a rustic patriotic wreath to display on July 4th. Requires pre-registration.

Waterfall Acrylics – For teens and adults, two painting sessions scheduled for June 22, Saturday, at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. All supplies will be provided, and pre-registration is required.

Mystery Book Club – For adults, and held on the last Wednesday of every month, at 2 p.m. The May meeting is May 29 and the title is Bluebird, Bluebird. The June meeting is scheduled for June 26, and the title to be discussed is The Life We Bury.
